Our Senior Consultant, Lesley Drew, began her career in pharmaceuticals, before moving on to work within executive search in the aviation industry. From there, Lesley utilised her finely honed recruitment skills to dedicate herself to the Accountancy Practice market. Currently, she recruits for roles across audit, tax, corporate finance and business advisory; from Newly Qualified to Director level.
Focusing on the west coast of Scotland, Lesley loves nothing more than getting involved in industry networking events, conference and seminars in order to keep her finger on the pulse of her market. The Practice market tends to be very candidate driven, and the success of another happily placed candidate is something that gives Lesley great joy.
Joining Lesley is our Senior Consultant, Daryl Summers. Focusing exclusively on Edinburgh and the East Coast, Daryl has spent the past five years dedicated to the Accountancy & Finance market. Daryl is a strong believer that offering the best service he can – treating every client and candidate as an individual – is the key to offering a complete recruitment service.
Daryl works on roles encompassing the whole sector; from audit to tax to corporate finance (and everything in between). His main focus is on Newly Qualified to Senior Manager grades, but he is also more than able to assist with Part Qualified and Director / Partner level recruitment. His understanding and passion for the market is clear, as Daryl strives to build upon his existing network and industry knowledge.
The Edinburgh and East Coast Practice market is incredibly buoyant, with a regular stream of vacancies becoming available. Daryl loves nothing more than sourcing the right candidate to suit a particular recruitment need – whether that be for the Big 4 or an independent, boutique firm.
