Many of our candidates work on an exclusively contract basis. Being a temp can give them the work / life balance they are looking for, whilst keeping their experience and knowledge up to date.

For some candidates, it’s simply something to consider in between permanent jobs. (And many of our temporary candidates do go on to be offered permanent jobs by their employers.)

Temping prevents gaps in your CV, allows you to expand your professional network and, in some cases, gain experience in a specialism or market that you wouldn’t normally be able to.
