Heading up the team is our Director, Shona Preston. Shona has spent over fifteen years recruiting for the Financial Services market and is well-known for her efficient and effective approach to recruitment solutions. She is a regular at industry networking events, seminars and conferences. Shona is capable of meeting recruitment needs from high volume, temporary contracts to executive appointments across Financial Services and Business Change & Transformation.
Joining Shona is our Senior Consultant, Neil Greene. Having spent seven years in retail banking and a further six years within the recruitment industry, Neil is perfectly positioned to help source great talent and place candidates. He will be recruiting across the Scottish Financial Services market. He will be seeking out candidates for permanent, temporary and contract roles in specialisms such as Investment Operations and Financial Crime (KYC/AML, Sanctions, Fraud).
On the Business Change & Transformation side is our Principal Consultant, Dean Durrant. Dean has a proven market record in this specialist sector and possess sound technical knowledge that enables him to provide excellent service to both clients and candidates alike. He is focused on supplying talent to some of the biggest names in the Scottish Financial industry, in roles such as Change Leaders, Programme & Project Management and Business Analyst.
Specialising in the Risk & Compliance sector is our Principal Consultant, Marc O’Donnell. Marc has over ten years’ market experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding to each assignment within the Scottish Investment and Asset Management space. Marc recruits permanent, contract and temporary roles and most recent projects have included roles such as Operational Risk Analyst, Risk & Compliance Lead and EMEA Stress Testing Manager.
