I am working on a unique position for a Wealth Manager to join an Independent Financial Advice firm which operates within a larger organization in Edinburgh. As a whole, the advisers within the firm, pride themselves on being highly qualified and experienced individuals who are dedicated to providing bespoke advice to their clients.
One of the main benefits of working within this firm is, you will benefit from having access to an array of engaged introducers while still having the ability to operate autonomously within the firm. They have also invested heavily in their support staff meaning you would be able to maximize your client-facing time.
The main focus of your role will be to build mutually beneficial relationships with introducers who will be able to open doors for you to a captive audience of HNW individuals. These will include both private clients and business owners. Due to the complexity of the client's needs, it is expected you will be comfortable in speaking in depth about a full range of private client financial planning including IHT and Venture Capital Schemes. Your mindset should very much be that your purpose is to give the most suitable advice, putting the client's needs at the heart of this
To be considered for this role, you either have to have reached Chartered Status or be actively working towards it. It is preferable you will have experience within a professional practice environment.

Salary will largely be based on experience, qualification level, and your proven ability, however, it is expected to be in the range of £50,000 - £60,000. There is a generous commision structure in place which will reward you for both new and existing business bringing overall remuneration much higher than your basic salary.
