What does the day to day look like?
- Tracking and monitoring a portfolio of vehicles
- Liaising with repossession, trace agents and auction houses
- Monitoring and investigating vehicle notifications and following up where required
- Monitor asset inventories and adjust balances in accordance with recovery expectations
- Negotiate with 3rd parties to ensure recovery of the vehicle ensuring the appropriate customer outcome is achieved
- Liaising internally to answer operational queries
- Supporting the wider recoveries department to ensure targets are achieved
What shifts would I be working?
- This role will require you to work five days across seven on a rota basis, working 35 hours per week, including weekend work.
