Position: Trainee Administrator (Legal Environment)
Salary: Salary up to £16,000 per annum
Location: Glasgow

HRC Recruitment are working closely with a leading legal office based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We are working in partnership with them to recruit a professional, hardworking and keen Trainee Administrator to join their busy office support / administration team.
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Administration, so this is a fantastic opportunity.
What does an average day look like?
As Trainee Administrator, duties will include:
- Opening incoming mail
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Filing and archiving
- Taking incoming calls via switchboard
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Preparing meeting rooms, offering refreshments
- Assisting with data entry and typing of documentation.
What will the successful candidate look like?
- To be successful for this role you will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills.
- You will be educated to minimum Higher / Intermediate level (Administration qualifications are desired)
- You will have some experience gained in a professional services administration environment.
- This would suit someone looking to move to their 2nd job after school or college or a modern apprenticeship.
- Professional Services experience is an advantage.
