Temporary Administrator - Glasgow - Salary £14 - £15 p/h
Are you an immediately available administrator looking for a new opportunity? Do you have strong attention to detail? Are you looking for a new opportunity to assist an established team within a global business?
We are looking to speak to experienced administrators who are looking to complete an ongoing temporary contract until June 2024. Ideally, you will be an established and experienced administrator, who has strong time management and attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator, who can build strong relationships with various key business stakeholders. You will be working closely with a small team, assisting with all ongoing administrative tasks and completing all data entry accurately into their internal ERP system.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity until June 2024, commencing ASAP. You will be working core business hours Monday - Friday and receive an hourly rate of £14-15 p/h. This role is based on-site and offers onsite parking.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have strong administrative experience
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You have data entry experience within a high volume admin environment
- You can work well individually and as part of a small team
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You are a prompt and conscientious worker
What is the day to day like?
- Updating all master data fields on the internal ERP system
- Working closely with the projects team daily to complete all outstanding work
- Generating job production paperwork and matching from ERP system
- Helping close out all tasks daily
- Completing all other outstanding admin tasks daily
- Liaising with various business departments when required
