HRC Recruitment are recruiting for an established Financial Services organization based in Glasgow City Centre. As part of their plan to enhance partner relationships during 2018 and beyond they require a Development Consultant to join their team focused on intermediary relationships and service within the retail Mortgage proposition.
As part of the team you will be responsible for operating in a telephone based development role and assigned to a portfolio of intermediary and broker partners. Your key role responsibilities will be:
- Proactively manage your partners to achieve overall business target and service levels
- Enhance and develop day to day working relationships with intermediaries across a specific geographical area
- Expand your network of clients and contacts to increase flow of information and ultimately lead to an increase in business
- Collate and present relevant MI reporting to identify areas of opportunity for growth
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Financial Services experience in sales/relationship management
- Strong Mortgage product knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills
- CMAP Qualification
