Job Title: Supported Housing Coordinator
Location: Inverness
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500
Monday - Friday

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in maintaining independent living? We're seeking a dynamic Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team. You'll oversee the delivery of housing support services, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Your role involves managing a dedicated team, assessing support needs, and coordinating daily activities. The perfect candidate would have a healthcare background and hold an SVQ 3 in health and social care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality housing support to service users
- Supervise a team of Supported Housing Workers
- Assess and review support needs of service users
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the building
- Manage staff scheduling and recruitment process
- Coordinate and attend development activities
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use computer software (Microsoft Outlook and Word)
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Commitment to equality and diversity
