Calling Support Workers and Carers around the Comrie area!

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Support worker/Carer in Comrie. This role is essential in supporting older adults to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. If you have or wish to gain an understanding of the needs of older people, and you're eager to work within a close-knit team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You'll be working directly with tenants and liaising with their families and healthcare teams, so empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills are key. Your responsibilities will include writing and updating support plans, conducting risk assessments, and performing various administrative tasks. You'll also help with health and safety checks and participate in social activities with tenants, making every day meaningful.
A role like this requires flexibility, so your hours will vary, including some evenings and weekends.
Weekday £12.50 and enhanced weekend rates plus holiday pay.
