Support Worker – Cowdenbeath
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our clients team in Cowdenbeath. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
About the role:
- You will be working 36 hours a week, spread across 3 days
- The service is a female-only facility, providing support for vulnerable females with challenging behaviours and mental health issues
- Your role will involve providing emotional support, helping with daily tasks, and promoting independence and well-being
- Paid on the job and e-learning training is provided
About you:
- 6 months UK care experience is essential
- You should have excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding nature, and a passion for helping others
- A flexible approach to work is essential as shifts can include both weekdays and weekends
