**Position: Support Worker (Medication Trained)**
**Location: Multiple Sites in Glasgow**
**Salary: between £11.25 - £12.00**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalised care and support to elderly residents, with a focus on those living with Dementia.
- Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Foster a warm and friendly atmosphere, promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure best care for residents.
- Respond to the evolving needs of residents, adapting your approach to provide the best possible support.
**Requirements:**
- Must have a minimum of 6 months UK Experience as a Support Worker.
- Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
- Proven experience working with the elderly, particularly those with Dementia.
- Medication training and a solid understanding of medication administration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
