Position: Support Worker Location: North Lanarkshire Salary: £11.25 - £12 per hour

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 Months UK Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the UK is essential.
- Medication Trained: Proficient in medication administration to ensure the well-being of those in our care.
- Empathy and Compassion: A genuine desire to make a positive impact and improve the quality of life for others.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to build rapport with service users and collaborate with colleagues.
