Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in Duns. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need.
About the Role:
- You will be working various shifts, including morning and backshifts, both on weekdays and weekends. Flexibility is a must.
- The role involves providing emotional support, helping with daily tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.
About You:
- A minimum of six months UK care experience is essential for this role.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- You should have excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding nature, and a passion for helping others.
