Are you who we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the spirits or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of process control systems and production equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Technical qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Carry out blending, reduction and colouring.
- Process small batch and single cask requirements.
- Carry out cask, IBC and drum filling.
- Cask and IBC regauge and sampling.
- Support on the receipt and offloading of bulk spirit tankers.
- Supply the correct spirit to the production line in accordance with the production plan.
- Liaise with the Quality team to ensure spirit quality.
- Complete spirit testing as required.
- Ensure all data is recorded into Odoo (ERP system).
- Understand personal and team responsibility under Health and Safety legislation and promote safe working practices within the team.
