Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the spirits or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of process control systems and production equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Technical qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Carry out blending, reduction and colouring.
  • Process small batch and single cask requirements.
  • Carry out cask, IBC and drum filling.
  • Cask and IBC regauge and sampling.
  • Support on the receipt and offloading of bulk spirit tankers.
  • Supply the correct spirit to the production line in accordance with the production plan.
  • Liaise with the Quality team to ensure spirit quality.
  • Complete spirit testing as required.
  • Ensure all data is recorded into Odoo (ERP system). 
  • Understand personal and team responsibility under Health and Safety legislation and promote safe working practices within the team.
