We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established FMCG manufacturing business for an experienced Engineering Site Services Manager. This is a senior site-based role responsible for leading engineering support services, facilities, and utilities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering site services and facilities support

Ensure maintenance and engineering activities are delivered safely and efficiently
-
Manage engineering budgets, resources, and external contractors
-
Build strong relationships across operations, production, and support teams
-
Drive a proactive health & safety and compliance culture
-
Develop, mentor, and performance-manage engineering teams
-
Deliver continuous improvement and site optimisation projects
-
Support long-term operational and sustainability objectives
🎓 Skills & Experience Required
-
Proven experience in engineering management or site services leadership
-
Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems
-
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and suppliers
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Proactive, improvement-focused mindset
-
Competent with engineering management systems and MS Office
