Exciting Opportunity in Glasgow - Service Lead Positions Available!

Join a long-established Glasgow charity committed to making a positive impact in our community. We are currently seeking two passionate Service Leads to contribute to our at-home care services, catering to diverse needs across the city.

Position: Service Lead
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £28,442
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid working model
Driver Required: Yes

We are a renowned charity providing essential at-home care services in Glasgow. As a Service Lead, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own service(s) and a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring the well-being of those who live independently in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of support workers.
  • Oversee services and staff, maintaining effective workload management.
  • Report to the regional manager
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care to service users.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Previous team management experience
  • Passion for providing care
  • Current UK driver's license
  • UK right to work
  • Ability to register with the SSSC
