Join a long-established UK charity committed to making a positive impact in our community. We are currently seeking a Service Lead to contribute to our at-home care service.
Position: Service Lead
Location: Keith /Moray
Salary: £28,500
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Driver Required: Yes
About:
- The service supports 10 individuals in their own homes
- The individuals we support have learning disabilities, aged related needs, autism
- 40 staff work in the service
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of support workers.
- Oversee services and staff, maintaining effective workload management.
- Report to the regional manager
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to service users.
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Previous team management experience
- Passion for providing care
- Current UK driver's license
- UK right to work
- Ability to register with the SSSC
