Sales Support Coordinator – Perthshire – Competitive salary

Expected Hours: Full time Position, approximately 35 hours per week

We’re looking to have a chat with experienced Sales Support Coordinators to discuss joining a successful distillery in Perthshire. Working across teams to support the busy day to day administration, you will be joining a grow business who have a passion for their industry.

Are you who were looking for?

  • You must have excellent PC Skills (particularly Excel), Word, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Strong communication/ interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Previous experience within a similar role, must be within an FCMG environment
  • It would be a desirable skill to have the ability to speak French at a business level.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Allocating the correct stock to each order
  • Producing cased sales invoices from DRAMS
  • Collating forecasting/long term planning info and brief site team
  • Assisting in the production planning in order to meet orders
  • Keeping customer info up to date
  • Completing/compiling non standard paperwork EUR1, COO, etc.
  • Working with accounts to upload the sales invoices onto sage if covers needed
  • Producing sales invoices
  • First point of contact for customers if there are any issues and resolving them
  • Sending statements to customers
  • Assisting sales team
  • Tracking sales and production against forecast and previous years

Previous experience within a similar role is essential. The successful candidate will be from a Distillery or FCMG background.

The main focus of this role is to bring in a candidate with the right team fit and attitude to develop within the team. This role will provide excellent training and development. On the job training and external tuition.
