Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Dundee - £DOE
HRC Recruitment would like hear from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors on behalf of its well known Dundee based client.
Our client is respected and one of the leading firms within the residential property arena.
The ideal candidates will be a minimum of NQ up to 2 years PQE and have a strong background in all aspects of residential conveyancing work.
Remit:
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing work
- Deal with sales, purchases, remortgage and help to buy cases
- Deal with cases from beginning to end
- Handle complex transactions
- Business development
The ideal candidate:
- Will have a background in Residential Conveyancing work – (NQ’s must have undertaken a seat in residential conveyancing)
- Have solid client liaison skills
- Have the ability to deal with a diverse client base
- Have experience in sales, purchases and remortgage transactions
