This is a great permanent internal recruitment role working for a fast paced commercial organisation based in Glasgow.
You will work in an end to end recruitment role and will work closely with a small HR function. It is essential that you have experience managing the full recruitment cycle across all level of roles up to senior positions.
You will also have experience dealing with a high volume of vacancies and able to directly source for roles using a wide range of attraction strategies including social media. You will have responsibility for conducting competency based interviews and the selection process. The role will also require ongoing stakeholder management and you will be required to manage a very busy workload so you must be able to communicate and influence within all levels within the organisation and have excellent organisational skills.
