Receptionist (Temporary) – Admin/Reception – North Lanarkshire
Are you an experienced professional candidate who would be interested in joining a national company? Do you thrive in a fast-paced reception providing guests with a friendly welcome? My client is looking for a super star Receptionist to represent them at the front desk of the office. You must be available to start Wednesday 21st February and this is a temporary ongoing assignment.

- Switchboard experience
- Good administrative skills
- Works well with a team
- IT literate
What does the day look like?
- Answering incoming calls, passing on calls and taking messages
- Welcoming & assisting senior members of the company
- Organising meeting rooms
- Dealing with deliveries
- Sorting & Franking mail
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
- Updating system accurately
- Data entry and typing
- Any ad hoc admin duties
