Receptionist - Renfrewshire - Salary up to £13.50 p/h

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy acting as the first point of contact for clients and customers? Are you interested in securing a new role, working for an established, family-run business in Renfrewshire?

We are looking to speak to experienced receptionists who are looking for their next, new challenge in Renfrewshire. Ideally, you will come with Reception or Front of House experience from a busy environment. You will enjoy being the first point of contact for customers and clients daily, providing excellent service and building key relationships daily. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy a client facing environment! 


This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm. The salary for this role is £13.50 p/h DOE. 


Are you who we are looking for? 

  • You have reception or front of house experience 
  • You are a confident communicator both written and orally 
  • You are confident handling a high volume of inbound calls or enquiries daily 
  • You enjoy building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other systems 
  • You have customer service experience and can handle any queries or complaints in a professional manner
  • You are proactive and well organised 
  • You have data entry experience 


What is the day to day like? 

  • Handling inbound customer calls or enquiries daily 
  • Greeting customers/clients on site daily 
  • Completing all administrative work daily 
  • Building relationships with key customers and contacts 
  • Managing time to complete all tasks to a high standard 
  • Ensuring the Front of House is maintained and tidy at all times 
  • Assisting with the input of sales invoices onto internal systems 
  • Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate internally 
  • Assisting with other finance enquiries / administration when required
