Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our quality management systems are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved to meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures and protocols to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the organisation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the QMS and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration) preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management systems administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software is desirable.
