Our client are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Management Systems Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing our overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the company's quality management systems, including ISO 9001 certification.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, policies, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives and facilitate quality-related training.
  • Analyse data and metrics to track performance trends and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management systems administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality.
