Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in QA software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

What does the day to day look like?

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Support site audits from customers and external auditing bodies, ensuring the factories remain audit ready at all times.
  • Provide support to the QA Lab & Technical functions as required.
