Our client, a forward thinking, independent law firm, where people are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas and shape their own careers, is recruiting for a property finance solicitor. You will support the banking & finance team on real estate finance transactions. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a high‑quality, client‑focused service across a broad range of matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and report on real estate finance documentation.
- Examine and report on title, including Land Registered and Sasine titles.
- Assist with certificates of title and lease reporting.
- Review servitudes, conditions and lease management documents.
- Draft corporate authorisations and discharges.
- Manage searches, reports and registrations.
- Collate conditions precedent and support clients throughout transactions.
- Handle post‑completion administration and general enquiries.
- Manage files efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Applicants will ideally be around 3-5 years post qualified and must have experience running real estate finance transactions including title examination and due diligence.
