Temporary Property Administrator Glasgow, £20k

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading property organisation in Glasgow, to assist them in securing a Property Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic role for a motivated, driven and proactive individual who is seeking their next, new challenge.

        We are seeking an individual with:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of accuracy
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficiency in general administration tasks
  • Higher maths qualification or equivalent is preferred, though not essential

What does the day-to-day role entail?

  • Handle incoming enquiries by email and phone, ensuring a response
  • Coordinate repairs, communicate with clients and contractors
  • Update client portal with important information
  • Manage insurance processes and issue permits
  • Review and update warranties, maintenance details, and contractor information
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including AGM attendance and key movements
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Perform other necessary duties as required
