Temporary Property Administrator - Remote Working - Salary £12 - 13 p/h DOE

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading property business, to assist them in securing a Property Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic role for a motivated, driven and proactive individual who is seeking their next, new challenge.
This is an ongoing temporary contract, working remotely Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary for this role is between £12-13 p/h.

- You are a exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of accuracy
- You have a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment
- You have outstanding customer service skills
- You have proficiency in general administration tasks
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software
What is the day to day like?
- Handling incoming enquiries by email and phone, ensuring a response
- Coordinating repairs, communicate with clients and contractors
- Updating client portal with important information
- Managing insurance processes and issue permits
- Reviewing and updating warranties, maintenance details, and contractor information
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling viewings, project reports and other
- Following company policies and procedures
- Performing other necessary duties as required
