Project Administrator – Leith – depending on experience
Expected Hours: Full time Position, approximately 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking to have a chat with experienced administrators to discuss joining an Operations team in Leith. Working across their projects team this role will deal with a variety of administrative tasks.

What does the day to day look like?
- Preparing and dispatching administrative packs to contract employees
- Ordering and arranging the delivery of company cars, mobiles and credit cards
- Ensuring all relevant document is updated and stored correctly
- Providing first point of contact for contractors working in the field
- Checking and processing monthly expenses
- Leasing and maintain relationships with all suppliers
- Fleet logistics administration
This role is to start asap so an immediately available candidate would be highly desirable.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential. The successful candidate will be from an administrative background. Due to this role supporting the fleet a driver’s license in highly desirable.
The main focus of this role is to bring in a candidate with the right team fit and attitude in to support Partners within their team.
