Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform procurement decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus.
