- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in managing own workload
- Experience working with KPI's, targets and deadlines
- The ability to work on own initiative
What does the day look like?
- Data and information gathering
- Corresponding with customers, via telephone, letter and email
- Updating customer information on in-house systems
- Providing accurate and efficient administrative support
The Package:
- An excellent hourly rate of £9.34 per hour
- Great working hours of Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Great city centre location with excellent transport links
