Salary:  Up to £38,500 per annum with strong benefits package

  1. Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy to drive engagement, increase traffic, and boost ROI.
  2. Sales Funnel Optimization: Manage all stages of the customer sales funnel, fine-tuning response and conversion rates at each touchpoint.
  3. PPC and Paid Media Leadership: Take charge of our PPC and digital media campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals.
  4. Hands-On Performance Management: Set up, develop, and oversee performance across all PPC and digital media initiatives. Regularly analyze results and provide actionable insights.
  5. PPC Copy Optimization: Maintain a robust PPC copy bank, ensuring consistency with broader campaign messaging.
  6. Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to integrate digital efforts seamlessly with other campaigns, maintaining brand consistency.
  7. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and information security policies and regulatory requirements.
  8. KPI Tracking and Recommendations: Monitor channel performance, evaluate KPIs, and proactively recommend actions to achieve targets.
  9. Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with best practices and keep an eye on competitor activities.
  10. Accountability for Growth: Deliver profitable growth against agreed-upon KPIs.
  11. Budget Management: Maintain budgetary controls for digital media spend.
  12. Team Collaboration: Provide support and cover as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including PPC campaigns and media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI.
