Position Overview
We are currently hiring Plate Waiters to contribute to the seamless operation of our Clients and ensure that our Clients guests receive top-notch service. As a Plate Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience, from assisting with food service to ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure plates are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner
- Address guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
Pay and Benefits:
