Do you strive in working towards deadlines?  Experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders and juggling multiple tasks at once?  My client, a leading Pensions Consultancy are looking for a Pensions Client Manager to join their successful and friendly team in Glasgow City Centre.

As a result of their continued success and growth, a position for a Pensions Client Manager specialising in SIPP's has arisen.  A SIPP is a Self Invested Personal Pension which enables the holder to choose and manage the investments made.  Ideally you will have some SIPP/Pensions experience or will have worked within Financial Services in some capacity however if you have a proven ability of managing a client process from cradle to grave then I would like to hear from you!

 What will the day to day look like?

As a Pensions Client Manager no two days will be the same. On a day to day basis you will be expected to be juggling a range of tasks and holding accountability for your own portfolio of clients.  The purpose of the role is to ensure a high level of service is delivered while ensuring legislative requirements are met.  Some of your day to day responsibilities will include: 

- Taking responsibility for your own portfolio of clients and ensure that their needs are fully understood, met and being delivered within agreed service levels and quality standards.

-Attending client meetings as and when required

-Ensuring all invoices are prepared and settled on time ensuring your time is managed in a way which gives clients value for money and minimising non billable time.

-Identifying new business potential from your existing client bank and supporting the SIPP proposition proactively.

-Providing management statistics to your Team Leader for your portfolio of clients.

-Focusing on continual improvement and suggesting new, effective ways of working to you team leader which will improve efficiency.

 

Experience/Qualifications Required

Essential

-Proven ability of building strong working relationships both with clients and within the team

-Excellent problem solving skills in able to identify and solve potential problems using your own initiative with the resources available to you.

-Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Programmes

Desirable

-Experience in working with SIPP's/Pensions.
