Payroll Administrator, £26k pro rata, Glasgow, Part Time 20hrs – Hybrid Working

What does the day to day look like?
- Processing full end to end payroll across a variety of frequencies
- Ensuring deadlines are adhered to for all payroll payments
- Processing 3 monthly payrolls
- Handling payroll queries and liaising with third parties
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to and carrying out regular peer reviews
- Auto enrolment and re-enrolment
Are you who we’re looking for?
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in a payroll environment
- Full working knowledge of Xero is advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with particular emphasis on Excel
The set up:
- Would need to do 3-4 hours daily across 5 days
- Only required to be in the office 2 days out of the 5 the other 3 would be working from home
