NPD Assistant – Glasgow – Competitive Salary
I am recruiting an NPD Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Glasgow
The role is based on liaising with suppliers on label and dry good requirements with regards to any new product development
Are you who we are looking for?
- HND or Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or Art & Design
- Experienced within an NPD role
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office
- Good communications skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in NPD
What does the day to day look like?
- Dealing with samples and customer requests for mock-ups of new products
- Liaising with supplier on dry good requirements in relation to the new products
- Approving and monitoring of proofs for new packaging materials
- Assist with general packaging updates and liaising with the sales and marketing team
- The completion of NPD documentation and ensuring that all the relative documentation is filed as required
- Coordinate general new product enquires appropriately
- Administration of the NPD documentation and ensuring that all the relative documents are filed
