About the Role:
Our client is looking for a solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualified experience in non-contentious construction law to join their specialist team. You’ll work on high-profile developments across commercial, energy, infrastructure, and public sectors, advising clients on procurement, risk, and contract strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related documentation
- Advising developers, funders, contractors, and consultants on procurement and project delivery
- Supporting large-scale developments and infrastructure projects
- Collaborating with colleagues across real estate, planning, and projects teams
- Keeping clients informed of legal developments and best practices
What They Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality
