About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer (minimum 6 years PQE) to join their highly regarded team. You’ll advise on major infrastructure and development projects, working with top-tier clients across sectors including energy, transport, commercial real estate, and public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and associated documentation
- Advising developers, funders, contractors, and consultants on procurement strategies and risk management
- Supporting large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Collaborating with colleagues in real estate, planning, and projects teams
- Keeping clients informed of legal developments and best practices
What They Are Looking For:
- Minimum 6 years PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships
