Mortgage Case Handler, Full-time, Permanent, Clydebank, Salary: £19-23K

Do you have experience working within a busy mortgage department? 

Do you enjoy liaising with brokers, chatting with customers and being a part of every customer's mortgage application from beginning to end?

A well-known financial services company is currently looking for dynamic and professional individuals, who are ready to take the next step in their mortgage careers. Ideally, you will be a motivated and ambitious individual with the drive so see cases through from beginning to end using your processing and decision-making skills. This is a vibrant and supportive office where people are encouraged to think outside the box and take ownership of their own workload. 

What is the role about?
• You will actively manage a pipeline of applications and give detailed updates to brokers and customers 
• Deal with incoming calls from brokers, and customers 
• Question and Identify the broker's needs and ensure that these requirements are adhered to 
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge with customers and make relevant recommendations 

What do you need?
•Previous experience of liaising with customers and brokers
• A basic working knowledge of mortgage products and services
• First-class communication skills and the ability to adapt the approach to each customer and client
• PC literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
