An exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of fueling and convenience retail solutions as they expand their engineering team in Dundee.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, launching new products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy efficient manufacturing processes and workflows
- Work cross-functionally with teams in design engineering, production, and planning
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize work flow and reduce changeover times
- Create standard work instructions and document processes
- Lead Kaizen and process improvement projects
- Support new product introductions and technology implementation
- Conduct capacity planning for production lines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, or related engineering discipline
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
