This position would suit a newly qualified accountant or someone with up to two years' post-qualified experience who is eager to move beyond the numbers, work closely with operational stakeholders, and become a key contributor to the continued success of the business.

What will your day-to-day look like?
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support business decision-making
- Providing meaningful financial analysis and insights to key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance profitability
- Supporting ongoing business change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with financial planning and wider commercial projects
- Playing an active role in the continued development of the finance function
Are you who they're looking for?
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Newly qualified or up to 2 years' post-qualified experience
- Experience within a management accounting role, either in industry or practice
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved across the wider business
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to develop your career
