HRC Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a key client within the FMCG sector. We are looking for a motivated Management Accountant to join an existing finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish month-end management accounts, balance sheet, and all aspects of financial reports required.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget and financial forecasts.
- Support year-end financial audits.
- Manage external fiscal reporting timelines, including VAT.
- Prepare weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting.
- Assist with sales invoicing, purchase ledger, and payroll as needed.
What do you need to considered:
- Previous experience in producing management accounts including balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to support and advise different parts of the business.
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Track record of working in an SME finance environment.
- Good systems skills particularly in Excel.
Please note that this is a maternity leave and is expected to last for a minimum of 9 months. Due to the start date for this role, you must be available to start within the next month.
