📌 Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturing business for a Maintenance Excellence Manager. This is a senior engineering role focused on driving world-class asset care, reliability, and continuous improvement across a high-performing production site.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the Maintenance Excellence Roadmap

Drive Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and critical asset strategies

Champion Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and top-loss elimination
-
Improve CMMS utilisation, maintenance planning, and inventory control
-
Support Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, and standard routines

Facilitate RCM workshops and embed best-practice maintenance processes

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cost-effective, safe maintenance solutions

Promote a strong safety-first and continuous improvement culture
🎓 Experience & Skills Required

Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG

Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g. SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)

Expertise in RCA, FMECA, Lean, and reliability methodologies
-
Excellent people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills

Passion for maintenance excellence and operational performance
