Legal Administrator - Glasgow - Salary up to £24,000 p/a DOE

We are keen to speak to experienced administrators who are looking for a new opportunity to join an established firm in Glasgow. Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role within a professional services environment or be motivated by the prospect of joining an established organisation who are highly regarded in their sector. This is a fantastic role, to join a great team, assisting key business stakeholders daily within a fast-paced environment. 


This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Due to the nature of this role, it will be fully office based. There will be a salary available of up to £24,000 p/a DOE. 


Are you who we are looking for?

  • You are an experienced administrator, with experience within the professional services environment
  • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages
  • You can provide excellent customer service
  • You have great written and oral communication skills and enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders
  • You enjoy working as part of a wider team but are able to use initiative when working individually
  • You have strong attention to detail and diary management 
  • You have experience using document/case management systems (desired but not essential)
  • You are committed to providing excellent service to all key stakeholders and exceed targets 


What is the day to day like?

  • Completing general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding
  • Clerifying, redacting, and converting hard and electronic documents
  • Coordinating mail and couriers
  • Closing files on internal systems 
  • Completing travel bookings when required 
  • Assisting with any team training 
  • Managing workflow, utilising the internal system 
  • Completing ongoing file management, including creation, archiving and retrieving of files
  • Providing general administrative support, working within wider team to assist all stakeholders
  • Adhering to the firms internal policies and raising any issues
