This is a brand new and exciting Learning and Development role with a market leading and growing business based in Glasgow
An opportunity has become available for an L&D Advisor to assist with an ERP implementation project.
You will work as part of a specialist project team and will also work closely with an HR and Training team to ensure a smooth implementation/transition of an ERP system including:
- Full Training needs analysis
- Coordination of training across the organisation
- Creation of training material/documentation
- Design and delivery of technical training
- Analysis and reporting on training activity
- Support with change and communication plans
This is a project driven role so you must have experience of working on change/transformation project in an L&D capacity. You will be a self starter and problem solver who is able to engage and influence at all levels. You must have a full cycle learning and development background ideally with a training or CIPD qualification and will have experience working with an ERP system - ideally SAP or similar.
