Italian Speaking Sales Administrator - Kinross - Salary up to £25,000 p/a DOE

We are looking to speak to fluent Italian speakers who are eager to secure a new position for an established business in Kinross. For this role you will have administration and customer service experience and be able to work well individually and within a wider team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to utilise their language skills as well as develop their professional skills further.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday core business hours. The salary for this role is up to £25,000 p/a DOE and this role will be office based.
Are you who are we are looking for?
- You are a fluent Italian and English speaker both written and orally
- You have strong time and diary management
- You can work well individually and as part of a wider team environment
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You are proficient in Microsoft Packages and other software
- You have customer service and administration experience
What is the day-to-day like?
- Process global customer orders, liaising with production planning where necessary
- Arrange sample swatches and shade cards
- Checking orders are completed through the system to prepare shipments
- Producing AWB labels or shipping instructions for freight forwarders
- Shipping invoices from couriers ensuring that payment details are correct
- Helping to arrange customers returns
