Insurance Manager – Glasgow/Hybrid – competitive salary DOE

A FTSE 100 company is looking to add an experienced insurance professional to its growing internal team. This role would be perfect for someone from either a brokerage or insurer background who has a track record of dealing with high-value corporate insurance.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Working on some of the largest and most significant insurance programmes placed through the London Market
- Managing and administering insurance placements on behalf of the business
- Providing support to the Lead Insurance Manager in ensuring governance processes are followed
- Managing the claims process by engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring regular reviews are carried out on all framework contracts
- Managing the survey programme across both operational assets and those in construction international
What experience is needed?
- Insurance experience either in a broker, insurer, or client role
- Inquisitive with a commercially minded and solution-orientated approach to insurance
- Confident and focused with an ability to work with a varied stakeholder both internally and externally
- Knowledge or previous exposure of contract reviews
