Immediate Opportunity: Staff Nurse (Care Home) in Glasgow

Health care nurses wanted for multiple care home positions. 

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver superior nursing care and assistance to care home residents
  • Oversee medication management and ensure its safe administration in line with NMC guidelines
  • Formulate and execute personalised care plans
  • Adhere to legal, regulatory, and best practice standards
  • Lead and guide care home staff members
  • Ensure a secure, nurturing, and stable environment for residents
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless operations of the care home

Qualifications:

  • Valid NMC registration
  • Relevant nursing degree or certification
  • Nursing experience, ideally within a care home environment
  • Compassionate, caring, and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
