Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HSE management software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (preferred).

What does the day to day look like?

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Provide HSE training and support to employees.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Opportunity to advance to roles such as Senior HSE Advisor or HSE Manager.
