Are you who we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HSE management software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
What does the day to day look like?
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Provide HSE training and support to employees.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Opportunity to advance to roles such as Senior HSE Advisor or HSE Manager.
